Shipping: How will my order be sent to me?

Your order will be delivered to you via DHL. If available in your country, you can also have it shipped to a post office or Packstation.

 

Shipping: How quickly will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped out within two business days, and then it will take between two and five days to deliver your order (depending on your country and location).

 

Shipping: Do you offer express delivery?

No, we currently do not offer express shipping, your order will take approximately two to five business days to arrive after we have shipped it out.

 

Shipping: Do I have to pay for shipping?

No, we don’t charge for shipping and handling. You’ll only have to pay for shipping if you decide to return the product. For more information, please see our cancellation policy.

 

Returns: Can I return products that I’ve ordered?

You have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen days for any reason (“cooling-off period”). The cooling-off period ends 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (excluding the shipping company) has taken possession of the delivery. To exercise your legal right to cancel the order, you need to send us an explicit statement informing us of your decision to cancel the order via one of the following contact methods:

Please note the following request when returning your order, as it will make it easier for us to process your return: Please use the original packaging to return the items and only use the return form that is provided to you in PDF format. We will confirm that we have received the returned package by email.

Returning your order is not free of charge – we will deduct €3,90 from the purchase price to cover the cost of return shipping.

Delivery: Where can I check my order status?

If you’ve created an account, you can view the status of your order under “My Orders”. When we have shipped of your order, we will also send you a shipping confirmation email.

 

Delivery: What do I do if the product is damaged?

If the delivery arrives damaged, it goes without saying that we will replace the product at no additional cost to you. If the damage occurred during shipping, a claim must be filed with DHL within 7 days.

In this case, it is best to contact our customer service team by email at info@gammon.de and send us a photo of the package.

 

Online store: Which products can I buy in the GAMMON online store?

We offer four different GAMMON fragrances. You can either order them individually in our STARTER Set, get all four fragrances in our MASTER Set, or create your own selection of fragrances in our CUSTOM Set.

When you order our STARTER Set and MASTER Set, you will also receive a high-quality Aluminum Suit that is used to hold the fragrance cartridges.

If you are running out of your fragrance, you can purchase new fragrance cartridges by ordering our RECHARGE Set.

If you’d like to try out all four fragrances, you can order the EXPLORER Set, which contains all four fragrances in trial-size vials.

STARTER Set: 2x 20 ml of one fragrance + Aluminum Suit

RECHARGE Set: 3x 20 ml of one fragrance

MASTER Set: 4x 20 ml (all four fragrances) + Aluminum Suit

Online store: Can I also purchase GAMMON fragrances at brick-and-mortar retailers?

No, this is unfortunately not possible at the moment. We currently sell our products exclusively via our GAMMON online store.

 

Account: I forgot my password, what should I do?

Click here and enter your email address. We’ll then send you an email with a link to create a new password.

 

Account: Do I need an account?

You can order all of our products even without creating an account.

You can sign up for our newsletter through your account so that we can keep you updated on new products and promotions.

In addition, you have the ability to check the status of your order in your account and also easily reorder fragrances.

 

Product: How long will my fragrance last?

You should use all of your fragrance within 24 months of first use.

 

Product: How do I replace the fragrance cartridges?

Simply pull out the spray nozzle together with the fragrance cartridge and replace it. You may need to remove the cap from the cartridge and swap the spray nozzle from the old cartridge to the new one.

 

Product: How can I test the fragrances?

If you want to try out the four fragrances in trial size, you can order an EXPLORER Set here from €18. We’ll then ship the four fragrances directly to you via DHL, and you can try them all out at your convenience.

 

Product: What’s the best place to store the fragrance?

It’s best to store your fragrance in a cool, dry, and dark place. This doesn’t mean the refrigerator, however, but ideally in your bedroom or closet. Do not put the fragrance by the window or near a heater.

 

Product: Which fragrance suits me best?

Deciding which fragrance suits you best is a matter of personal preference. All four of our different GAMMON fragrances offer something for every occasion:

If you want a fragrance that is generally a good choice for everyday situations, we recommend BLACK TEE.
If you prefer to wear the fragrance at work, we recommend BLACK SUIT.

If you want a fragrance that’s perfect for adventurous events at night, we recommend LEATHER JACKET.

If you want to achieve peak performance during athletic activities, we recommend BLACK HOODIE.

Payment: What payment methods does the GAMMON online store accept?

You have the option to pay via PayPal, credit card (MasterCard, VISA) or direct debit. These payment methods are all offered by PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account. If you place as order as a guest, you can also pay using PayPal Express.

 

Order: I haven’t received an order confirmation email

If you don’t receive a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your spam folder. If you don’t find an email there either, please contact our customer service team via email at info@gammon.de or use the contact form on our website.

 

Order: What should I do if an item is missing or damaged?

If the delivery arrives damaged, it goes without saying that we will replace the product at no additional cost to you. If the damage occurred during shipping, a claim must be filed with DHL within 7 days.

If an item is missing, document that as well so we can send you a replacement.
